Jamie Cosson, Executive Director

G’day Mate! I joined the Camp Weaver team in February 2003. I was born in Melbourne, Australia and grew up fishing, going to the beach, horse riding, camping and hiking. After completing college, I got the itch to travel the world and left Australia to become a camp counselor at Camp Cosby in Alpine, AL. After 10 years at Cosby and having the opportunity to travel to more than 40 states in the U.S, and seeing many incredible sites, I am very happy to be in Greensboro, North Carolina. I enjoy the outdoors and love to camp, hike, scuba dive, kayak and travel to beautiful places such as Alaska. I love to watch Australian Rules football and cricket.

JJ Woodruff, Camp Program Director

I joined the Camp Weaver team in October 2003. I moved here from my home town of Birmingham, AL. At the age of 7 I started attending YMCA camps and have not looked back. As a graduate of Auburn University much of my time is focused on their football program. When I am not doing that I enjoy playing with my dog, Mailbox, and trying to play golf.

First Camp Memory:	One of my first memories of camp is being in the skit and talent show with my cabin mates. During the skit we sat on the floor for so long that my foot fell asleep and I think I walked off the stage on my toes.
Dream Vacation:	My dream vacation would be to get a RV and drive across country with all my friends

Aishia Griffin, Business Manager

I joined the Camp Weaver family in the spring of 2003. I enjoy the essence of fun, friendship and excitement that summer camp brings each year. I am a wife, a daughter and eldest sister. My time outside of camp is spent singing, laughing, reading, and spending time with my loved ones. Maximize every moment of your life and live life loving.

David Burton, Maintenance Director

I have been married for 20 years to my wife Robin. We have 3 sons, Jesse, Issac and Levi. I enjoy fishing, woodworking, campfires and camping. I have been a Maintenance Director for over 15 years. I was born and raised right here in Guilford County, North Carolina.

First Camp Memory:	Lunar moths on the shower walls in the bathhouse
Dream Vacation:	Two weeks in a log cabin on the side of a mountain, with my wife, our 3 boys and a wood burning fireplace.

I was born in Tallinna, Estonia and grew up playing hide and go seek with my friends and sisters in the yard. I really enjoy reading and listening to music. I love being outside and being active. I like canoeing, kayaking, climbing and running. I like to play basketball and soccer.
