Horseback Riding Specialty Camp Program

This camp is perfect for those who want to focus more time on horsemanship skills. Our program is designed to instruct campers in both English and Western riding styles, as well as hands-on horse care such as grooming, tacking, and basic health care.

Two hours a day is spent at our equestrian center. Campers will have opportunity to participate in other camp activities.

Camp Weaver provides fantastic summer horseback riding camps for children in our indoor and outdoor riding rings. Our horsemanship program, offered all overnight camp sessions, is designed to instruct campers in both English and Western riding styles, as well as hands-on horse care such as grooming, tacking and basic health care.Campers are matched with horses that meet their skill level and ability.

Campers must be rising 4th graders and older to participate in this program. We do make exceptions to this rule if the child has been taking lessons from a professional. In this case please have the instructor write us a letter or email.
