Our Counselor in Training and Leader in Training programs are designed for teens that want to build leadership skills while learning what it takes to be a great camp counselor. These programs will help teens explore their talents as individuals and in groups. Our CIT program is available as a 4 week overnight session for rising 11th graders. We believe that these youth are the future of Weaver. Therefore, they are encouraged to work together to learn the skills needed to become positive role models, in both our camp and the community.
